I Don't Need a Road Bike, Do I?

I already have 3 bikes (old mtn bike, tri racing bike, tri travel bike). I don't do group rides often. Most of the routes I ride are not very hilly or technical. Just because my husband is getting one doesn't mean I have to get one.

But she sure is purty (click for a closer view) and I could probably get 700 wheels.

Help!! I'm falling for this bike!

You soooo need a road bike. Especially if it is pretty and that is purrrrrt-ty!

Oh, that is pretty...I have asked myself that same question--but I am holding off for a bit..like a couple years. I'm sure I'll have one someday! Nice eye candy there though...

That is a beautiful bike. I looked at the photos linked from the Endurance Sports Bar and sure enough! Feet in the boxes!

Pretty indeed :-) Very very tempting.... and if you're riding on the roads most of the time....well....

Pretty is one thing, but I wonder why one of your existing bikes is not good enough. They look flashy in the photos. I hope to order a frame within the next month or two, once I get my finances straightened out, which is easier said than done.

I always say I don't need another pair of running shoes . . . but then I count the reasons I really do need them. I mean, this is your job, right? You have to have the right supplies . . . !

It is only money! Can't take it with you! Enjoy it while you are here!

Get the darn thing!

Now this is from a guy that needs (just) a new seat for his old bike - and can't talk himself into it!

Holy crap... you get so many comments.

I think what people wanted to say is that's a DAMN SEXY bike.

Can a Triathlete have too many bikes... Can a woman have too many shoes... sheesh

Bike sure looks nice. What does your tri bike look like? I have a tri-bike which I love, and then a mountain bike with a tag-along on the back. Don't think I can justify another bike, but I do like that brand.
