Gator Half Results


The run was about a mile short but no complaints. It would've been a PR either way.

I literally gasped when I saw that pic of your ankle. I have been there so I feel your pain. Still, how in the hell did you manage to finish that race and still take 1st in your AG?! You are a superhero! Congrats!

Nice race, Shirley but the ankle looks a little puffy. What are you going to do about that "little" thing? Rest, I hope. Good job, great time. You just keep getting faster, fitter and stronger.

Great race finish! Yikes on the ankle. I am like you and need to be constantly vigilant to not turn an ankle. Its particularly more stressful when running because the momentum makes the impact that much worse. Take it from someone who knows: keep off the ankle until the swelling goes down completely or it may hang on for months.
